Agreement with devolved administrations on national inventory U.K.

12.  The power of the Secretary of State to serve a notice under regulation 10 F1 ... is exercisable—

(a) where a notice is to be served in Scotland F2 ..., only with the agreement of the Scottish Ministers;

(b) where a notice is to be served in Northern Ireland F3 ..., only with the agreement of the Department of the Environment; and

(c) where a notice is to be served in Wales F4 ..., only with the agreement of the National Assembly for Wales.
