Amendment of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 Commencement (No.2) Order 2004
12. In article 7 of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 Commencement (No.2) Order 2004(1), for paragraph (1) substitute—
“(1) The following transitional provisions shall apply until 1st April 2006.”.
