Safety case for non-production installation8
Subject to regulation 27, the owner of a non-production installation shall ensure that it is not moved in relevant waters with a view to its being operated there unless—
a
he has prepared a safety case containing the particulars specified in regulation 12 and Schedule 3;
b
he has sent the safety case to the Executive at least 3 months (or such shorter period as the Executive may specify) before the movement of the installation in those waters with a view to its being operated there; and
c
the Executive has accepted the safety case.
