These Regulations may be cited as the Reserve Forces (Provision of Information by Persons Liable to be Recalled) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 5^th December 2005.

In these Regulations “the 1997 Regulations” means the Reserve Forces (Provision of Information by Persons Liable to be Recalled) Regulations 19972.
