The Registrar General, in exercise of powers conferred upon her by sections 2(4), 8(2), 12(2) and (3)(a), 14(2), 18(4), 19(5), 21(2), 25(5), 36(1), 36(2)(a) to (d) and (f), 36(3) of, and paragraph 5(3) of Schedule 1 to, the Civil Partnership Act 2004,1 with the approval of the Chancellor of the Exchequer, makes the following Regulations:
