Explanatory Memorandum sets out a brief statement of the purpose of a Statutory Instrument and provides information about its policy objective and policy implications. 1. This Order may be cited as the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 14^th December 2005.
