Any irregularity resulting from failure to comply with any provision of these Regulations concerning any proceedings does not of itself render those proceedings void.

Clerical mistakes in any determination made, or direction given, under these Regulations or any error in such a document arising from an accidental slip or omission may be corrected by the Ombudsman by certificate under his hand.
