Conditions: introductory E+W

3.  A Relevant Body may only enter into an agreement if the conditions set out in—

(a) regulation 4; and

(b) in the case of an agreement to be entered into with a qualifying body M1 , on or after the coming into force for all purposes of article 39 of the Dentists Act Order (substitution of sections 43 and 44), regulation 5,

are met.
