The Relevant Body may serve notice in writing on the contractor terminating the agreement forthwith, or from such date as may be specified in the notice if, after the agreement has been entered into, it comes to the attention of the Relevant Body that written information provided to it by the contractor before the agreement was entered into in relation to the conditions set out in regulation 4 or 5 (and compliance with those conditions) was, when given, untrue or inaccurate in a material respect.
