The Personal and Occupational Pension Schemes (Pensions Ombudsman) Regulations 1996 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 4(2) (compliance with particular requirements excluded from ombudsman's jurisdiction), after sub-paragraph (g) add—
“or the requirements under Part 3 of the Pensions Act 2004.
”
