Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Powers of Arrest) (Consequential Amendments) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st January 2006.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.
