Provisions coming into force on 1 January 2006 E+W

2.  The following provisions of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 shall come into force on 1 January 2006:

• Part 8 including Schedules 2 and 3;

• Part 8 of Schedule 5.
