SCHEDULE 1 CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS OF THE 1985 ACT

5.  In section 238(1A) (documents to be sent to persons entitled to receive copies of accounts and reports)(1), omit—

(a) paragraph (ba), and

(b) in paragraph (d), the words “that operating and financial review and”.
