The Animal Health Act 1981 (Amendment) Regulations 2005

The Secretary of State, in relation to England, and the National Assembly for Wales, in relation to Wales, each being designated1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 in relation to the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Community, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by that section 2(2), make the following Regulations;
