5. In Part 2 of Schedule 17 to the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (other repeals and revocations), in the entry relating to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002(1)–
(a)after “In section 330”, omit “subsection (5)(b), and,”,
(b)omit the entries relating to sections 331 and 332, and
(c)after “In Schedule 11, paragraphs”, omit “3(3),”.
