Commencement of provisions of the Courts Act 2003

3.  The following provisions of the Courts Act 2003 shall come into force on 6th April 2006—

(a) subsection (1)(a), (b), and (c) and subsection (3)(a) and (b) of section 98 (register of judgments and orders etc);

(b) paragraph 16 of Schedule 9 (transitional provisions and savings);

(c) in Schedule 10 (repeals), the repeal of sections 73 and 73A of the County Courts Act 1984(1); and

(d) section 109(2) and (3) to the extent necessary for the purposes of paragraphs (b) and (c).
