14.—(1) Where the Clerk is also a member of staff at the institution, he is to be treated as a senior post-holder for the purposes of articles 11 – 13 which relate to the suspension and dismissal of staff.
(2) Where the Clerk is suspended or dismissed under articles 11 or 12, that suspension or dismissal does not affect his role as Clerk to the Corporation.
(3) The suspension or dismissal of the Clerk as a member of staff under articles 11 or 12 will have no bearing on any action which the Corporation may take with reference to the termination of any separate appointment he may have as Clerk, or his suspension from such appointment.
