1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the National Patient Safety Agency (Establishment and Constitution) Amendment Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st April 2005.
(2) This Order applies in relation to England.
(3) In this Order “the principal Order” means the National Patient Safety Agency Establishment and Constitution Order 2001(1).
