The Jobseeker's Allowance Regulations shall be amended in accordance with this regulation.

In regulation 1(3) (relating to interpretation) omit the definitions of “earnings top-up” and “the Earnings Top-up Scheme”.

In regulation 103 (calculation of income other than earnings) omit paragraph (4).

In regulation 105(2) (notional income) omit sub-paragraph (f).

In Schedule 7 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings)—
