In regulation 9 of the Charges Regulations (pre-payment certificates), in paragraphs (6)(b), (10)(b), (14)(b)(ii) and (14)(c)(ii), for “regulation 3 of the Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges Regulations” substitute “regulation 5 of the Travel Expenses and Remission of Charges Regulations”.
