Schedules 1 to 3 and 5 to the 2004 Regulations shall continue to have effect without the amendments made by these Regulations in relation to any TV licence issued before 1st April 2005.

Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply to the amendments made by regulation 6(2)(b), (6)(b) and (9)(e)(i).
