2. In paragraph (m) of article 3 of the Collection of Fines (Pilot Schemes) Order 2004(1), in the text substituted by that article for sub-paragraphs (1) to (5) of paragraph 37 of Schedule 5 to the Courts Act 2003, after “under paragraph 26” insert “or any order made under paragraph 26 has failed”.
