Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Protection Fund (Maladminstration) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 6th April 2005.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the Act” means the Pensions Act 2004;
“the complainant” means a person entitled to make a relevant complaint.
