Where compensation would be payable under paragraph 20 of Schedule 7 to the Act if Chapter 5 of Part 4 of the Pension Schemes Act 1993 M1 were in force, paragraph 20(1)(c) and (d) shall have effect, as if Chapter 5 were in force.
