24.—(1) The Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations 2004 are hereby revoked.
(2) Regulation 59 of, and Schedule 10 to, the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2004 are revoked.
