15. In article 1(2) of the Medicines (Contact Lens Fluids and Other Substances) (Exemption from Licences) Order 1979(1) (interpretation), for the definition of “optician” substitute—
““optician” means a person whose name is entered in the register of optometrists maintained under section 7(a) of the Opticians Act 1989;”.
