An employer shall be able to reclaim the cost of training for the reservist where an adjudication officer is satisfied that as a result of his relevant service a reservist needs to undertake such training for the performance of his employment.

When claiming an award under this regulation the employer must provide the necessary documentation specified in paragraph (5) of regulation 11.
