Rate of and small earnings exception from Class 2 contributions

2. In both section 11 of the Act(1) and section 11 of the Northern Ireland Act(2) (Class 2 contributions)–
(a)in subsection (1) (weekly rate) for “£2.05” substitute “£2.10”; and
(b)in subsection (4) (small earnings exception) for “£4,215” substitute “£4,345”.

Section 11 was amended by paragraph 12 of Schedule 3 to the Transfer Act. The figures in subsections (1) and (4) were last substituted by article 2 of S.I. 2004/889.
