In Schedule 1 (youth offender panels: further court proceedings)—
(a)
in paragraph 1(2), for “acting for the petty sessions area” substitute “acting in the local justice area” and for “acting for that area” substitute “acting in that area”; and
(b)
in paragraphs 3(2) and 9C(2), for “acting for the petty sessions area for which the court acts” substitute “acting in the local justice area in which the court acts”.
