Whereas the Secretary of State for Transport deems it necessary in the public interest to restrict flying in the area specified in the Schedule hereto:

Now therefore, the Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 85 of the Air Navigation Order1 hereby makes the following Regulations:
