Amendment of Commencement No.2 Order E+W

2.  In article 6(1) of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No.2, Transitional Provisions and Savings) (England and Wales) Order 2005(1)—

(a) after “section 32” insert “(7) and (8)”; and

(b) omit “, and Part 2 of Schedule 2 to,”.
