19.—(1) Section 18(1) M1 (conciliation) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.E+W+S

(2) At the end of paragraph (p), omit “or”.

(3) After paragraph (q), insert

“or

(r)under regulation 36 of the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006.”.
