40.—(1) Section 33(1) (equality and human rights enactments) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.E+W+S
(2) At the end of paragraph (g) omit “and”.
(3) After paragraph (h) insert—
“and
(i)the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006.”.
