These Regulations implement Directive 2004/22/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on measuring instruments (OJ No. L 135, 30.4.2004, p1) “the Directive” in relation to the class of automatic catchweighers within the category of automatic weighing instruments covered by the Directive.
