Regulation 15
1.—(1) In this Schedule—
(a)“L” means litre;
(b)“mL” means millilitre;
(c)“kg” means kilogram;
(d)“g” means gram; and
(e)“MPE” means maximum permissible error.
(2) For measuring systems which measure in mass—
(a)“L” shall be read as “kg”; and
(b)“mL” shall be read as “g”.
2. The MPEs for use for trade for quantities above the minimum measured quantity of the measuring system are set out in Table 1.
