Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6, 6A, 7(3)(b) and (c) and (4) and 10 of the Transport and Works Act 1992 M1. In so far as these Rules relate to Wales they are made with the agreement of the National Assembly for Wales M2.C1
