1
A person guilty of an offence under paragraph (8) of regulation 18 shall be liable —
a
on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; or
b
on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, to a fine or to both.

A person guilty of an offence under paragraph (3) of regulation 5, paragraph (8) of regulation 9, regulation 11 or regulation 16 shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.

A person guilty of an offence under regulation 19 shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
