(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations further amend the Education (Change of Category of Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations 2000 (No.2195) (“the Principal Regulations”).
Regulation 4 deletes the word “secondary” each time it occurs in regulation 4(3) of the Principal Regulations with the effect that the regulation 4(3) of the Principal Regulations now applies to primary community and voluntary controlled schools as well as secondary.
