1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Measuring Instruments (Active Electrical Energy Meters) Regulations 2006.
(2) This regulation, regulations 2, 7, 9 and 10 and Part 1 of Schedule 2 shall come into force on 31st July 2006.
(3) The remaining regulations shall come into force on 30th October 2006.
