8. In paragraph 3 (meaning of “existing defaulter” etc)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (1)—
(i)omit sub-paragraph (a); and
(ii)in sub-paragraphs (c) and (d), for “1(1)” substitute “1”;
(b)omit sub-paragraph (5); and
(c)omit sub-paragraph (6).
