3.—(1) The Education (Pupil Registration) Regulations 1995 M1 and the Education (Pupil Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 M2 are revoked to the extent that they apply in relation to schools in England.
(2) The Education (Pupil Registration) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2001 M3 are revoked.
