Amendment to the Disease Control (England) Order 2003 E+W+S

62.  In the Disease Control (England) Order 2003(1), for article 3 substitute—

“Exception

3.   This Order shall not apply in relation to a movement to or from a zoo licensed under the Zoo Licensing Act 1981(2).”.
