Animal products derived from susceptible animals4

Animal products derived from susceptible animals fall within this paragraph if they have undergone one of the following treatments—

a

heat treatment in a hermetically sealed container at a level of at least Fo3;

b

heat treatment in which the centre temperature is raised to at least 70°C for at least 60 minutes.
