These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) Amendment Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 29th August 2006.

In these Regulations, the “principal Regulations” means the Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) Regulations 20043.
