In regulation 41 of the principal Regulations (application and effect of manufacturing authorisation)—
a
in paragraph (b), omit “and”; and
b
after paragraph (b), insert the following paragraph—
bb
in the case of an authorisation relating to the inactivation of viral or non-conventional agents, the manufacturing process; and
