Coming into force

The Secretary of State makes the following regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9(2), (3)(b) and (d) and (3B) of the Protection of Children Act 19991. In accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 19922 she has consulted the Council on Tribunals. In accordance with section 9(3C) of the Protection of Children Act 1999 she has consulted the National Assembly for Wales.
