This Order brings into force on 14th August 2006 the provisions of the Energy Act 2004 listed in the Schedule to this Order. The remaining provisions will be brought into force by subsequent orders.
Commencement2
The provisions of the Energy Act 2004 specified in the Schedule shall come into force on 14th August 2006.
