Lowering the standard of care for restoration of lapsed right in design17
In section 8A (restoration of lapsed right in design), in subsection (4)—
a
for “proprietor took reasonable care” there shall be substituted “failure of the proprietor”; and
b
after “section 8(2) or (4)” there shall be inserted “was unintentional”.
