This Order amends the Health Professions (Parts of and Entries in the Register) Order of Council 2003 to provide that, in the case of chiropodists and podiatrists, physiotherapists and radiographers (diagnostic or therapeutic), registration in the register maintained by the Health Professions Council may include an entry indicating that a person is qualified to order drugs, medicines and appliances as a supplementary prescriber. The Order also allows for entries indicating other qualifications or competencies.
