In regulation 16 of the principal Regulations (records to be kept by the Secretary of State), in paragraph (2)—
a
after “management of hospital blood banks”, insert “and facilities”;
b
after “otherwise”, omit “or”; and
c
after “relating to hospital blood banks”, insert “or facilities”.
